CARMIEL, Israel, Dec. 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Protalix BioTherapeutics, Inc. (Amex: PLX - News), announced today that two of its directors, Phillip Frost, M.D. and Jane H. Hsiao, Ph.D., have resigned from the Company's Board of Directors, effective immediately. Both resigned for personal reasons. Dr. Hsiao was a member of the compensation committee of the Board of Directors.
