So for those who follow the charts closely, baring a big PR such as major contract announcements, bigger buy backs, etc; it would be a good thing for the volume to drop and the price to drop to .01 but not lower than .091 correct? If we finished tomorrow with no PR and that happened, it would be another signal to buy? For someone new on here it seems the charts have more indicators to follow than the stars in the sky. How long does it take to get good at reading charts if you could find an hour or 2 a day to study up on them?
