Pre-uplift jitters. There is a lot of speculation about what is happening with the company and the company is not addressing the investors directly. In my opinion, they will not make any announcements prior to an uplift notice. After that I believe they will be more communicative. This is just pre uplift jitters and people are looking for answers to some very valid questions. However, I am guessing, from what has been said in the prior NRs and SEC releases, that mgt is putting some plans into the operational stage, and we will hear more detail after the uplift.
Operational planning is complicated in startups with public investors. The high risk nature of the business results in the investors wanting as much information as possible. Yet, when you are in a threshhold industry you don't want to release any information that your competitors can use. After all you don't want them to know the extent of the operational plan.
This lack of information results in even more speculation that the high-risk business may not be able to make it. The last 10Q filed by NNRI was pretty bad and triggered a lot of alarms. But, the company is also on the verge of getting an uplift off the pinks and there are a lot of opportunities around the corner.
It typically take 6 - 8 weeks for the uplift. No guarantee on that. NNRI received notice on Oct 5 that it could apply to the exchange. We are now in the 8th week. People are nervous waiting for this news.
