It will definitely be very tempting to bail out in a run up to ten. If, afterwards, it went back down to five, I would be tempted to get in again. I would prefer, however, if it starts moving up slowly, and then the news is so good that it will keep going. Remember the last time it ran in two quick phases from around: from 1 to 5, and the from 5 to 20+. A quick jump into the 20 area would definitely be a get out place for me unless there is some very valuable news.
