[SIMPLY ME]

Although we have more information, let us not get complacent to
the fact: it has been eighteen (18) months since the first
bio plant was to open / that all the other actions and most of the
press releases promise action in the future. I am of the opinion
the future is NOW.

Remember, in previous posts to this board, I have asked about the
tax credits, etc. These are not a recent requests.

I would truly like to see progress ... not perfection ... DO
SOMETHING - "NOW".
