Nice blog. Full of good questions.

Bob has hinted that we might get some shares of APRU, but there has been nothing official. I would have thought that issue would have been settled before trading in APRU started.

At the very least it is proper protocol (if not legal logistics as well) to have this clarified before APRU traded. I wonder how any APRU shareholders would feel if Bob suddenly opened the doors to all RSHN shareholders with a divy now? Instant dilution. IMO there will not be any divy, and if there is then see this post:

DD: A great post. RE: "How much of my RSHN money went into developing that line of products?"

The money has to come from somewhere. Rushnet doesn't make any money. Where else but from sales of billions of RSHN shares by the company?

All the products-- Ginseng RUSH, G RUSH XXX, Apple RUSH, E/Water, RUSH Cola, etc -- were developed, bottled, labelled, promoted, marketed, and distributed by using shareholder money. But it goes beyond that. All those products, with exception of E/Water, are owned lock, stock, and barrel by Corr's private company Rush Beverages Inc. So, you paid for something you don't even own.

Rushnet is only a marketing company for products licensed and owned by private Rush Bevs. It's also the cash cow that paid for it all and now milked out.

If RSHN folded tomorrow, Corr would still own the rights to all RUSH products. He could start a new company to market the products you paid for, or even transfer the license to APRU. Even if RSHN didn't fold, Corr could pull the license from Rushnet at his whim.

In the world of industry and finance, it's called using other people's money.
