How much clout does R&R have in trying to force a sale on the cheap?
None whatsoever. And if they somehow gets involved in a sale of the company it is much more likely, that they would like to sell as high as possible rather than as cheap as possible.
If the company is to be sold, it is up to Cortex and to the Buyer to decide who they will ask for advice and it is not likely that R&R will be asked by either party.
