Jeez, we have been through this before (several times).
OSC/ASC/SEC/RCMP Investigations into scams like SLJB often take years between start of investigation and trial for the perps. In the mean time, the fraudsters will continue to run the scam (which is what SLJB is) trying to squeeze every penny they can out of the dupes.
The fact that SLJB has not been shut down by the OSC yet does not mean it's not a scam. The fact that OSC/ASC/RCMP/SEC have started an investigation and continue to investigate indicate that SLJB is a scam, though.
