You're right -- taking your advice to not short homebuilders and lenders just before they fall 50 - 90% in 2 months was great advice just because there were other piss poor POS investments as well.

Shorting the homebuilders and lenders across the board has been a complete NO BRAINER -- and it's the ONLY sector that has its stocks all hitting new lows over and over for months on end.

Correct. They are. No other sector is going straight down after your recommendation to go long them. No other sector had more fresh 52 week lows than the homebuilding and lending sector.
