Some of us have said lotto play from the beginning. A lot of people assumed the stock would be ch 11 by now, after being moved to the pinks.... but it hasn't happened..
The only logical conclusion from the lack of filing is, as the article referenced today stated, they are fighting to stay out of ch 11!
With DuetscheBank owning 39.5 million shares, and the chance for the shares to be worth a lot more out of ch 11, I am not surprised!
If some NEWS comes out to make it look hopeful, these shares will rally hard and fast, and as thin as the float appears to now be, it really will be a fun thing to watch...
