The entire post now shows the information in context. The advice is standard cookie cutter. The size of the O/S is concurrent with my estimates based upon their advisement in the 10-Q about selling at the end of the month, and what to expect.
I am surprised you chose initially to leave out his remark about the percentage of OS that is locked up. That changes the nature of your post IMHO. Prior to this evening we had not known that, and it is VERY bullish.
Tell me.. did you add this part?... "(which has doubled in the past 90 days)" or any other part?
