Everyone, another way of saying the obvious, in an attempt to create some patience:
We all should be aware that network equipment enterprise spending is already past the recovery stage and is trudging higher although slowly(not THAT slowly...just not 1996-2001). Yet we have LITTLE exposure to this because what we mostly own is the beaten down stocks that will benefit from increased CARRIER spending, which we know has stabilized but barely improving over all, except it has picked up in our areas more.
Some of us might want to increase positions that are exposed more to the enerprise: jnpr, and av come to mind
By not doing that, you are taking the stand that although your stocks are exposed to areas that are just coming back now, and this come back is fragile whereas the enterprise comeback is not fragile, they are very cheap right here, IF this spending increases. You are saying that you are willing to wait, and ignore the fact that you KNOW others were bound to move first, but you also THINK that there is so much more upside for the carrier equip makers, that you are taking a pass.
