What I meant is the need to be able to contact the T/A to see if any shares are hitting the street daily! That is the biggest thing with pink sheets, dilution!!!! Without the ability to contact the T/A this just becomes another company with a dream and one heck of alot of shares to put onto the street to fund their dream!!
Funny how everyone says no dilution with this stock. Anyone who was around for the first run to 6 cents experienced the unrelenting selling this company did which brought about the first crash of the price. look at the chart. I was victim to this. no matter how low the price went the selling continued day after day. I never saw an investment disappear so quick. Don't have too much confidence in this or any other penny stock. the company will pull the rug out whenever they want. and based on their past behavior, this company can be unrelenting on the selling off with little or no regard for what happens to the share price BE CAREFUL
i can not say if there is or isn't any dilution but by basically watching how the stocks pps moves it is easy to see that dilution is not an issue here so far.
