Anything is possible, but as GB mentioned, history indicates the intent is to go ahead with another R/S. I don't believe there will be a PR announcement before the mailing of the PRoxy's, if at all.
Without more SOLID evidence, I won't accuse anyone of trying to Ripoff the shareholders, but it does appear that taking control and keeping it, is the agenda. Unfortunately, the by-product of this is the shareholder taking a beating.
We need to vote NO on the R/S.
