I guess the only way for something like that to happen is if the CEO gives shareholders complete confidence in his and the company's ability to keep increasing the shareholder's value by increasing revenues, paying and not accumulating anymore debt, not increasing the OS, and by being completely transparent.

Do not get me wrong, I am currently holding a significant position in this company and plan to hold them long-term. However, if I see that the company is not willing to do the things mentioned above, I will re-evaluate my decision.

So far, this stock has the best potential of all OTCBB stocks. Therefore, I am not worry with my position on this stock.

I brought up that very topic in a recent post and I agree with you! It seems that the company is stopping the share price from increasing to much at any one given time. They are doing this by making sure that once the stock has run a certain amount they then use ARCA to put in a LARGE ASK but the ASK will be placed behind the front line ASKs. This way everyone sees a LARGE WALL at say .033 and so they put up their ASKs @ .03 or .029. When a PR comes out they switch it up and put ARCA on the BID just below the front lines with a LARGE BID, thus making anyone who wants shares BUY ahead of ARCA and this moves the PPS UP!

This allows for proper consolidation that is needed to keep the trading range and also allow for the next up trend.

This tactic accomplishes 2 things. First, it allows for a steady climb up in PPS without any major dips. Secondly, It attracts LONG TERM investors which then support and help to maintain the effect thus making it even easier to move up in PPS and keep the gains! This also makes flipping the stock a lot harder b.c. the dips are shallow and short lived. This will not have to continue for very long before most shares are in true long term holders hands, IMO.

This all IMO...........

In conclusion, YES, I agree this a control climb in PPS! Steady as she goes, IMO.
