Golden,yes this is on top of the 147 mil already out and if you go the the EDGAR Filings you will see that MR Fox continues to issue shares from one QT to the next QT for financing.
Now although these shares are restricted, in most cases 1 year they should be able to have the legend removed during 08 going into 09. How many shares will he issue in QT 4?
Ok I follow several NG stocks and there all in the toilet.Lebed tried to pump one OTCBB NG stock last week and he got nowhere.No volume no NOTHING, and that kid can pump. What does this tell me?
It tells me that NG stocks are totally dogs at this time. It has not followed Oil prices higher in fact NG futures have been slumped for over a year because of over supply. Of course NG can run on a moments notice but then again it may stay slumped for years. If NG starts a rally then IMO so will PRVB.
Now we have Sunrise starting in Jan 08, I will give them the shadow of a doubt and hope they are for real and not just big talkers.
Revenues will come in on WI, but how much on the production side? One thing for certain, the TX properties were flooded over the summer, but so is the stock.
Gonna hold and wait to see how the first 2 weeks in January turn out.
