did anyone else notice the schedule 13d which was filed oct. 31st? From the information I got from it on Etrade, it looks like someone by the name of Ronald N. Frifcher purchased around 401,000,000 shares on sept. 17 and 18th bought through Etrade. Can anyone else elaborate on this? Sounds like good news to me...
When was it said that there will be no deal??? Even if there was no deal during the last visit this is no proof that there will be no future deal. It may well be that this company will be a failure like almost all pink sheet companies. But I think it has not been doing too badly over the past year even if hit has been no success either. One of the things I react negatively to is the misleading numbers by leaving out some of the most important expenses. At least the first of the last three quarters was not truly profitable.
