I not exactly sure, but there is a good chance (I feel) that some new stock is being sold into the float. Probably the stock that shows up under my Scottrade account as that was filed in early October.

The financing give a support level to the stock. I'll bet the stock won't drop below .25. Anything below .25 would probably be a buy.

If they COULD get approved for NASDAQ (with RS), you could see the price triple. The good news is: the management said they intended to do this, that is a listing, NASDAQ would be best, AMEX would be so so.

There's some dilution but it is not the bad dilution.. Dilution refers to the amount of shares that are available within the market place, 'the float'. When the company issues shares and they are sold into the float it becomes diluted, increses. This increse of shares in the float can cause price fluctuations, moreover dilute the price. But diluting the price depends on the demand too. If the demand is high enough the dilution is absorbed and price remains stable or continues to increase.. If the demand is low the price will fall.

In the case of thesubway adding 800,000 shares or so into the float, generally, while the float is around 91million there should not be much effect. Providing publics perception of the stock is positive..

All companies become publicly traded to sell stock in the market.. It's not a one way street here.. We are the investors, and the company needs us to buy them.. Or in the case of thesubway, the company used shares to buy public attention, promotion.. The company has used shares for other forms of payment through the years as well. Thesubway shares that have been sold are most likly a year or two old and the restriction from selling has expired.

When dilution is bad, you could have a pump and dump. This is the worse case scenario in the OTC.BB and Pinksheet stock market. And because this is a public forum, virtually anything goes, any scam artist can come along and take advantage of us.. Pump up a stock which is worthless, submit press releases, gather interest, even open up a board here and host the whole show.. Once the scamster gets the price where they want it.. Bag, sell them shares like hot cakes and dilution like a bad nightmare creeps into the share price, until millions of dollars are absorbed.. This can happen more often in the Pinkies because there's no reporting requirements, less chance for the scum to get caught.. Happens in the OTC.BB too, so you do need to keep an eye on the float..

GTEC's float has or seems to have increased from 86-7 million on Oct. 1-2, to 91 million reported around 8 days ago.. So we've had some dilution of around 4 million shares.. There's nothing extraordinary about this, pretty normal. In our case it's a matter of shaking off the dilution, absorbing it, staying positive and moving on, upward.. The stock is a bargin...

There are a few things that can hurt us.. Bashers... This forum has over 100,000 members.. Plus many who look and don't need to join.. Plus searches of all forums bring many in to look too.. And in some cases you can read the forum headline or topic within a search.. There's several types of bashers too.. The ones who want to lower the price to get in.. The people who are just plain are idiots, fools can't help ruining everybody else’s life, 'Misery loves company' .. And professionals hired to depreciate the price to enable major money to get a bargin..

it is vitly important to do your due diligence before buying into a stock. And once you are comfortable about your purchase remain positive about your commitments.. If you're in it for a flip,, and you are not fully aware of it's background you'll loose.. If not in GTEC you'll loose in another.. the internet OTC.BB and pinkies players are like a nut house in a gambling casino running from one red light and or bell ringing to another..

For these reasons, if there is something important regarding your stock you have to thoroughly understand the importance of it.. When people run around as is common in the nut house screaming "The sky is falling. The sky is FALLING!"

Providing you've done your homework and have confidence in your investment yaw aint got no need to worry..

Except when you get a nut, and the information is half right and half wrong, these boards have a function which is called ban.. Banning nuts is vitally important in maintaining a positive level of support.

Any stock can and will crunch when anybody can stur up the pot with doubt and negativity.

If yaw don't believe me, go do a little home work and read what happened to CROX beginning around Oct 20, which caused their Halloween surprise.. Simply, the analysts began recommending to take some profits which led to others blowing negative bubbles and crash bam down came the walls. If yaw do your homework on it, you'll learn, for no good reason at all.

Do not provide information that you have not thoroughly investigated. nor buy into the same which has not been evaluated.

There's plenty to learn within the history of this board.. I read every note in it before i bought,, I'd expect others protect their interests by doing the same..

Confidence, positive sprit and support will keep this stock moving upward regardless of nuts, small dilution and other complications while this baby is learning how to walk..

Thesubway,, no wonder nobody really likes them…. The biggest pumper and dumper on the net.. yaw give them shares for promotion. After the shares become unrestricted and they don’t work for you anymore.. yaw get a second round of promotion ‘free’ only this round is the pump and dump.. dammed screwed company.

From the appearance of the float, as we’ve discussed days ago, they’ve already performed their dump.. Regardless if not, they do not have enough to make a major effect on us in the run..

stay positive do your dd, and don't let the nuts scare yaw.
