No I don't. I mean I understand that the pps would increase temporarily but that would be insane. There would be no assurances of a stable pps. Tom would just give 2.7 mil to SWVC without any type of collateral or asset changing hands?
I could see him loaning the money to SWVC and SWVC paying off the CD's (in my dreams).
