721,000 X $3.46 = $2,700,000. All that has happened, is SWVC has a NEW long & strong investor, with a transferr of series "C"s for $3.46 each and Tom S. has some cash to fund A possible GS Agrifuels Corp. ( http://www.secinfo.com/d11KY1.v58.htm ) Takeover.

Just a question but is it possible that these shares were sold to the Seaway Valley Fund???? Seems to me that that would be a win win situation depending on how the proceeds are to be used. ED :>)

Is it Tom's money or is it SWVC? Tom wouldn't need to reinvest this at all in SWVC if it is his money. tia
