Ummmmm Abby, IMO Tom had to Cash in on a Value that could be Financially Fulfilled by the Available Cash - Period! He didn't Abuse anything, he just cashed in his Convertable's. Unfortunately for the Future of SWVC even he has seen the writing on the wall. Who knows what other surprises he Holds in order to Pocket the supposed 1.5M DP to Old Man Hackett when he tells him that the Audit's didn't meet his expectations. As far as I know, SWVC does not Own Hachett's Yet. I have had Money in Escrow Hundreds of times and Every Now and then I Bail at or Before the Closing Date if a Surprise Pops Up! ( that happens more than one might think )
