Fratboy72 - I checked with the T/A today to see if there were more shares out but the O/S is still ~360MM. So the selling is from the last round of dilution, tax selling and in general, no confidence with current management (Eric) as to the direction of the company. Your comment that he should relinquish the power SOONER rather than LATER in right on!
