... upload it to a file upload service (like badongo?) then post the link here.
Or, if it's short (screen size), hit Alt Print Screen to take a pic of it, (edited to add:) then open a pic editor like Paint or whatever and hit Paste, then save that picture and then upload it to something like imageshack and post the link to the pic here.
And I guess there are other ways, those are the two I've utilized.
