Zeev, I understand that you are expecting a further decline next month. At what point would the market have to bounce in order to cancel that outlook? Is it still a close over 2088 or something else now? TIA.

The NASDAQ had breakdown on 2/4/04, defined as 4 distribution days followed by a major distribution day (1%+ decline on rising volume), all within a 15 day window. Typically successful rallies follow through (1%+ gain on rising volume) on days 4-7 of a rally attempt. We are currently on day 17, indicating either a weak or unsustainable rally.

It would sure be move convincing, though, to see the Dow and/or S&P 500 roll over, too.
