Old email I received from Frank about spin-offs. This was in August, so maybe things have changed?



Any spin-off will be in addition to holding shares in WNSH. Winsted's business model is being developed/refined. Trying to obtain necessary financial information from Mark Ellis to begin filing the 10Q's and 10K. No PR to be released until we have something to report.

Many things has changed,but i think also,that Frank knows and done more as he can tell us at the Moment!?


Maybe he did`nt know that he had to bring Winsted at first through all filings, before he could begin with "productive activities".
