Agreed. Note that my immediate reaction to Kanzer is that he reminds me somewhat of David Neeleman, who founded JetBlue - completely manic. In the case of JetBlue it only worked because Neeleman hired a guy he knew he worked well with - a pragmatist; a filter; the guy who kept ordered lists of what had to be done.
