I thought that when I said this was a scam, before the OSC thing, that was certainly beneficial to anyone who considered it, and bailed.
The meaningless walmart PR, which drove the price to $4.00 for about 1 day, while the insiders dumped all the way up and back down, was a good indicator this was a P+D. Lee's convenient loss of the english language when things became more obvious was another. Kron's pumping then disappearing while claiming they weren't written by him also would have made some more cynical posters think something's not right.
Nothing has happened since to change that. None of the PR's ever came to pass, kron never actually gave anything but vague answers when asked about the share structure, etc, etc, but the longs chose to believe in it right to the end. In spite of the numerous red flags.
I think the advice given a while back was very good. If you chose to consider that as unhelpful because you simply didnt like it.. that's up to you.
