Here is an email exchange I had with Frank recently. As you can see, initially I asked about the pr's disappearing and the $125mil deal. I then inquired about the stock buyback and share structure:

There's about 3.62 billion shares outstanding. We haven't done he buy back, and will not until all is cleaned up. Not sure how many shares we'll buy back or exchange.

Thanks for the reply Frank. Looking forward to seeing how things develop here.
Where can I find info on share structure? Also, was the stock buyback also bogus info? If not, has it begun?

The $125M never applied to WNSH. That was put out by "investors" hoping to make money on that piece of false information. I'm in process of cleaning up this company, and the "false" PR's have got to go.
I'm confident on the future direction for WNSH and the potential acquisition targets. We should have the financials done by year end, and be back in full reporting compliance. Then we'll look for a merger candidate or acquisition.

Pr's are disappearing on all the financial websites. Have we been scammed? I put a substantial amount of money into this company because of the future plans explained in those PR's.
Is everything still coming together? The filings are nice, but have there been roadblocks that have popped up? I read somewhere the $125mil figure no longer applies to Winsted. What is going on?
