I m pretty sure that '' Frank might decide to link the $125 million deal with WNSH or maybe not.'' is true...

this deal is done as the people in it worked with each other for ages and want things to start soon... right after filing.. so the deal will be protected with liability issues etc... ezpecially in Nevada where it is easy to get this thing done quick and no hassles..

"...We should have the financials done by year end, and be back in full reporting compliance. Then we'll look for a merger candidate or acquisition..."



Can you clear me up please whether we have several Merger under umbrella of WNSH,ore just ONE (perhaps ONE of these: Oil, Entertainment ore maybe Byers...)He spoke from A MERGER CANDIDATE.!??



Its possible, i also did`nt understand a few parts.
