if you have shares in this, idk why you would bring stuff up from before when thereafter the reverse split was addressed by the ceo.
if you dont have shares, than you are either a loser who spends time on boards he isnt in (you will call yourself a good samaritan trying to help others im sure but really you need to worry about your own portfolio in this case) ORRRR you want shares/are a paid nasher...which one?? too much time on your hands? or missed the boat?
