thanks soapy, i have read that before and still don't understand it all. the main debt that was mentioned on the board that i'm most concerned about was a note due to cornel for $498,000 at the conversion rate of .001 cent per share. or 498 million shares. this was suposedly something that tom "missed" however one would do that. it's all abit confusing to me to say the least. hopefully this debt is in the transfered debts so swvc is out from under it. how can one tell? beyond me. thanks, b
