Umm... The 10Q begs to differ. If you read it, you know SWVC dumped their debt UPON GS; not vice versa.

There are so many details to this story... I do encourage you to conduct more due diligence. Several here have tried to point you in the right direction.... but you know what they say...

You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink.

I only speculate that SWVC may acquire GS AgriFuels, of which had an awesome quarter by the way! Read the news and the 10-Q. In 2007, GSGF paid-off and eliminated another $9.6 million worth of debt! Check out the revenues of GSGF's fiscal quarter ending Sept 30:

Revenues for the three months ended September 30, 2007 were $14,519,000, corresponding to an increase of about $8,567,000 or 144% over the revenues of about $5,952,000 generated during the three months ended September 30, 2006, and an increase of about $7,938,000 or 121% over the revenues of about $6,581,000 generated during the three months ended June 30, 2007. These increases were primarily the result of the growth of GreenShift’s subsidiaries, GS CleanTech, GS AgriFuels, GS Energy and GS EnviroServices.

Great things happening with GSGF...DD will lead to beautiful insight.
