Thank you for asking that question. It is mine as well. From reading his comments I would say that he relies on stops at a percent below/above the SR line; but you can stop out and the market just flip around on you and go back in 'your' direction. However, I do use Ted Burge SR for determining a better entry or exit on a timing signal.
By the way, some MID lines that he had posted once upon a time are 807, 818, 826, 845, 851, 867, 883. I think MID is the basis for MZZ/MVV. This could be helpful for late entries for MVP.
