Well, sure. If it were a clean shell, things would be easier. That's an obvious statement and not of much concern when it came to the old shell. I won't debate that -- clean shells help a lot.

GS pump? Wow. You didn't read the 10Q. My advice is to read it and see the stock swap and debt transferred from SWVC to GSCT. Is that a pump? Nah, it's a fact in the 10Q.

As for the CDs, many sources pay it -- at the risk of being a jerk, I'll reply with "duh!". Welcome to investing in microcaps -- it's a fact of life. Why whine about it?

It could have been with ALL the debt, I guess. Instead of $1.2 million along with it, the whole $9 million plus. I'd say doing business with the friend paid off. IMO.
The 10Q shows the debt transfered back to GSCT.

To this day no one has told me how much the shell has been purchased for. I still strongly believe that it was for a TINY amount of cash and the debt just transferred over.

Brad,

Here are a few things to consider:

Do you actually have any idea what a trading and reporting OTCBB pubic shell - one without shareholders - cost (overall)? Lots of paperwork involved as well - an overall pain in the neck.

Why spend all the money on a NEW fully reporting/trading OTCBB public shell when you can have one from a company you work for, and pay off debt at the same time? Also consider that this shell comes with shareholders!...and a familiar history.

I must say...Tom is one smart cookie... and it doesn't really take much to see that.

Enjoy

Here is my point, If a clean shell was bought, instead of a debt laden one, would the pps be higher? I say yes.

Why was a shell used from a friend instead, that was loaded with debt?

IMO, to have retail investors pay off debt, and continue to pay off that dept.

Also, lots of Greenshift Pump today, no doubt it will be the next company rolled into SWVC, and I can't wait to see what CD's are inside, and why not, so far it's working.

I've never said Tom was stupid, anytime you can have others pay off your debt, sounds smart to me. Are retail investors monies currently paying the CD's? IMO yes.

I do think that this coming week, many are going to help you with your DD.

Pump, and you'll get pump back.

Good day
