The problems with voice technology:
- You're in the office and the people around you don't really
want to know that you're calling the baby sitter, your wife
or your kid's teacher.
- You don't want to wear a headset all the time.
- You're on a noisy train and you have to shout to get your
device to respond.
One thing that I absolutely hate is the new voice response systems that Verizon and many other companies have implemented. I would rather go with a keypad than have to speak commands into the phone.
