Yah, I WAS pizzed after that interview because it was THAT interview that told me this was a SCAM. I KNEW that was IMPOSSIBLE! Leveraging bonds is one thing, but saying you have that cash in the bank is another, especially when the company really had no assets.
CSHD is a shell, as it's basically been from the beginning.
For the shareholders still in CSHD, I HOPE the Judge will spank Dufus Rufus HARD and leave the company alone, on the civil penalties. Time will tell. It will probably happen relatively soon.

JJ, YOU ARE DEAD WRONG. RPH never said he drew down on a 50M dollar bond and had the money in bank. HE SAID $500M!! LOL I'm backin up everything you've said here....it's EXACTLY what happened. I remember how pissed you were after that interview. And, I remember when you got out. I was one of the 1st to jump in with you at .18. You never hide anything about what you were/weren't doing with the stock. Forget the a$$holes that think otherwise my friend. They don't know you, so phuck em. :)
