The plaintiff and all the crooks that they are protecting, are scared shitless!
Think about pulling the trading records, what will it show?
1) ADP vs DTCC discrepancy, trading around the DTCC !!
2) Big name brokerage houses selling unlimited amounts of shares above and beyond our float, where did they get the inventory to do this?
3) Trading patterns that will be traced to hedge funds (I would not be surprised if some Russian ones pop up with ties to Arlitt).
4) NIR selling shares that were against "the box" as concarne put it once, hoping to cover with the preferred shares at a later date. Uh-oh...
5) Expose Integrity signing off on MA's shares
6) Match up stock price dropping tied to enterprise activity used to pressure the trades downward with message board bashing, fake MN1 pr's, stocklemon reports, Lee Webb articles, etc.
#6 is the best. MN1 crashed the share price then said ooops.
and LEE WEBB. where the heck is that guy? he hasn't said a word lately.
maybe he got wind of what RPH is all about. and decided he should shut the F()*K up.
