PLRS had much higher O/S, I think.
The volume while going up, in PLRS was very low, compared with the volumes traded before it begun going up.
I think CBPC will go up on low volume, because the 13 CD holders will keep 4.99% of the O/S, holding up to 72 Million shares, and not selling any until at least a x2 of the 0.30-0.40 Warrants zone.
I don't compare the numbers between CBPC and PLRS, but the strategy they followed and the shape of the charts.
