Thanks. Looks good, like you said, the amount of common shares wasn't pegged to a price, so it will be interesting to see if the amount of shares stay or are adjusted to what the current price is.
When is the deal supposed to be finalized. I have read posts on here that say any day, has there been a PR that stated a timeframe?
How open is management to communication, I have been in other OTC stocks where the CEO was pretty open and it was possible to communicate with the CEO via phone or email. Not sure if that is good or not though...
