I think you just did it the right way.

Admin will review your posts and check to see how many deleted posts you have posted and will bump you up to 15 if you've been well behaved.

If you have had a ton of deleted posts, you'll probably have to become a premium member to get more than three per day.

BTW, did you ever verify your e-mail address?
