Probably, RSPG began as a pink-sheet get-rich-quick cabal, perhaps funded by a few wealthy Canadian-Israelis, and maybe fronted by 90210 U.S.-Israelis. I was told last year by a corporate officer that the Canadian-Israelis were resonsible for keeping the stock price above $2.00 ("Who do you think is keeping the stock above $2.25?")
Issuing a 100% false press release last summer regarding supplying bottled water to the Clark County (Las Vegas) school district was astonishing (if not more than astonishing, legally speaking). A corporate officer told me "We got ahead of ourselves." No shit, liar.
Someone, somewhere, in the RSPG organization must be an honest and ethical person. The business has viability, in my uneducated opinion, but they need to look at it as a business and not a get-rich-scheme of their Israelis-oriented cabal.
