By the way, it's interesting that what has always been a 77% majority, is now only 57%. I guess the insiders sold off 20% of their stock, before approving the R/S. With the glorious future of the company on the horizon, wouldn't you think that they would be buying shares, rather than selling them...

Yep. Now we have 57% "majority shareholders". I wonder what happened to the other 20%. The number Pearlie used to give--which I didn't necessarily believe--was 77%.
I wonder if Gary Gotanco and other former employees made up that 20%...
