Seren, Hi. I get the feeling you’re newer to stocks and maybe newer to pink sheets. If not, your naivety has me assuming this. The safer tack with pink stock is not to be emotional, don’t marry the stock and think unregulated, thus CEO’s and officers don’t play by the rules … Most pinks are shells (they don’t own anything), and their only product is stock issuing. Time and time again, actions of pink CEO’s prove that common shareholders are not considered as people with feelings but only as cattle to be processed then eliminated when the time benefits the officers.. Pink sheets prove this everyday.. Also, watch out for the carrot . IE: TFN, % interest owned by bkmp… the “interest” was never clarified about capacity as well as quanity.

To continue..

Just wanted to say thank you for all the work that you did and taking the bull by the horns. That plus emails to the different groups did the trick. You are THE MAN. I think Sandy is embarrassed about this since other contacts and co-workers know what has happend and he should be embarrased. What a POS. **** <Pink CEO’s never feel guilty or embarrassed, they just get wealthy, after all, they didn’t twist your arm did they? Just little white lies….>

I however don't think this is over by any means. The whole thing seems a little dicey. I think Sandy is stupid enough to make an alias. These are the two main thoughts in my head

1. If he did hand over the reigns to someone else, why would he give it up if this has a great future. These new people just came out of nowhere. Granted though we have no information about this but this has been the problem all along. ****<IMO – Garrow may not have wanted Winick as long time partner… just needed pink sheet access for easy cash influx … Winick may still own personal shares of TFN, we will never know.>

2. So we went from 17.5% to 15.4%. Where is our 2% payout. Since this percentage is to decrease over time, whats to stop this from going down to 3% while not getting any compensation for that? ***< There is no law or fiduciary duty that a non reporting (sec) public entity (bkmp) has to compensate a bkmp common shareholder for it’s private corporate holding interest. In pinks-None. With a revenue producing large corporation, the corporation voluntarily writes in shareholder value as a legitimate rule as the corp gets return income from continued shareholder investing … In pinks it’s apparently one way only…..>

You give too much credit to people who couldn’t care less about you… remember, think small and unregulated…. If no traps by the cheese, the officers will eat until they can’t move.
