911 is correct, no RS will be allowed and that's consistant w/ TS's history. Stick w/ 911, he's on the right track.

Same response I gave the other guy where did I say there would be a R/S? It is a outlet that Tom can use if the PPS gets to low through needed dilution. Remember combine Wisebuys/Hacketts and you don't have a cash flow positive company! You say they are smallfries in comparison to what's next...where will that money come from? You guessed it more dilution.

R/S generally don't happen until sub, sub, pennyland.
