I understand from one of my previous conversation that the possibility of moving to higher exchange is on card, but not for atleast few years, until then he want's to build a solid company, strong base, more aquisitions, increasing the IV, as he stated now ( Though I knew this earlier LOL).

R/S is not in cards ( if at all it happpens, which I am sure, will not happen ) for atleast 2 years.
