Loanstew correct. Biometrics Investors is no longer involved. It is comical that the select few want to continue to try and control the flow of info and dialogue while not properly understanding the fundamentals.

When corrected it just adds more fuel to the fire as they are argumentative.

Best advice I have is to ignore them. Maybe they find another place to entertain themselves. It really is sickening!

Loan.. I realize that the warrants were shuffled around.. but the company has not updated investors on the status of the warrants since the Q1 2007 10Q.. The only information we have is that they were issued and are outstanding and exerciseable immdediately. If you have new information, please enlighten me with the specifics from a PR or filing which state the warrants have become restricted.. or were retired.. because unless that happens.. they are out there just waiting to hit the float.

I am not ignoring the warrants that can't be exercised until .21.. I'm just focusing on the biggest chunk of warrants that could impact the O/S and that is the 65M with the strike price of a penny.
