- If a manager can not schedule a plan and give a time frame then he's not the right manager.
- Schedules need to take unexpected events in consideration.
- Yes if the plans and promises are not met people will attack the manager, it's a part of the deal.
- You can not give a delivery time for a plan as "it will be done when it's done". Nobody would accept that besides it provides the chance for abusing by the manager.
- A person should do his calculations and studies well then promise what he can do and if he can not do it he does not promise it.
- From all the impressions I read, Tom is a great manager and a great manager can put such a plan. If he can not put the plan then something is wrong about the impression.
- Nothing has changed. Still the email did not provide anything to put our hands on except for possibilities. This makes potential investors stay away and current investors leave imo. It's more harm than good.
