This is all new.......He already sold his last restricted shares of 147,986,249. This was done on top of his modest salary, and after the conclusion of the the first 504. This was done in between this and the new one he filed. This added another $75k on the low end and approx $100k on the high end. This is what caused the pps to decline from .001. But in reality we don't know just how many shares he has sold, and he got the money...........very little if anything more than the mining claims has gone into these operations.
105,000,000 shares I think it was that went to someone AT in the last 504. Still have no idea what this is about, this will take and attorney or a regulator to gain that info.
He is trying to do the exact same things he did the prior year only this time make his salary even higher, considering the first round of the "so called" restricted shares were assigned to him.........guess he realized this wouldn't work, he needed free trading shares. 2.3bn would net him $230k. Not enough if he is try to get to that next 1/2m so he can become a millionaire from selling this stock.
