I'm not attempting to do anything other than provide the truth.. why do you think royalties will be up substantially next quarter?? They were approx 17k this quarter, and even if you assume this was for only one month, that would place them at a smidge over 50K for the quarter.. and this was after everybody claimed the locks were selling like gangbusters.. don't get me wrong.. maybe the locks WERE selling like gangbusters.. I may even concede that.. but what I'm saying is that Sequiam is not going to get rich because of this..in fact, quite the opposite.. 17k * 12 months = $204k for the whole yaer. That won't even cover the new SVP of Op's salary!!!

Regarding the Biovault.. this product has already been re-engineered once.. they are now constructing them of cast aluminum to save on cost. And STILL their margins are dismal. And it's an absolute crime that they are marketing this product as a gun vault knowing what the tests have shown. By the way, it's also rather sad that their number one selling product is dragging down margins. Not good at all.

Bottom line, with these margins and the outrageous spending on SG&A this company will never make a penny for shareholders.. the losses continue to pile up and management has shown absolutely no ability or interest to reduce either product costs or SG&A costs to bring this company to profitability. It's going to get worse here.. much worse. GLTYA

LoanStew you are guessing bud.......

By not knowing what the royalties are, you are simply guessing, i'm just stating a fact here. And "if", and a slim "if", royalties were derived through one month if sales as described you can multiply that times three and arrive at a quarters worth of royalties.

I'm looking at a bigger picture and that is sales revenue in conjunction with net up against debt. Simply put figure how much in sales would it take at the current cash burn just to break even?

As Todd so graciously depicted and at the current business model, it's not going to happen in this lifetime unless something major changes.

Rough figures, real rough would make Sequiam have to turn 23Million (A quarter of a billion) in sales per year and that would be with no added expenses it would take to accomplish this fantasy feat. The fact is, Sequiam will not be able to turn the kind of top line revenue on just a couple of products and especially true through a royalty payment from the Black & Decker deal, simply impossible.

Not even in my wildest dreams will it work based on the model presented in the 10Q!

Dilution as well as toxic financing will continue!

Current quarter and 1Q 08 are in clear sight. What are your expectations for current qtr. revs?

I'm thinking $1.25 million. Still need more color on closure of contracts and timing before year end.

Maybe some indication of quarterly royalty payment received from BDK on Smartscan sales. This should all be accounted for as of todays date which should have been received in Oct. 08.

Looking for Sharper Image catalog item on Page 18. This could be the wildcard?
