The spread is outrageous, on this I agree and probably a reason to be very leery as the price jumps may just be between bid and asked. However, the stock is showing 5000 shares X 5000 shares at the current prices, and I would think it will be next to impossible to get your order filled where you want it on that many shares. I don't know if you've got an all or none order in or not though?
My "best guess" is you will get filled @ .022. It might take awhile but I've traded between the bid/ask before & I know others have also. I've bought or sold orders of 100,000 so it can be done.
The average daily volume is around 700,000 but it varies a lot according to how wide the bid/ask spread is. It has periods where it is dead in the water & then it takes off for short spurts of high volume. It's just a matter of waiting around for it to take off (IMHO). Good luck.
